Bistrology
Set to open on January 12, 2026, Bistrology is a Latin-inspired brunch and coffee spot taking over the former Chili’s location at 3905 Ambassador Caffery Drive. The restaurant will offer a vibrant menu featuring scrambles, omelets, pancakes, stuffed avocados, specialty cocktails, and unique coffee drinks. The renovated space boasts a modern, earthy design with greenery and warm lighting, aiming to provide a fresh dining experience for Lafayette residents.
Off The Hook
Off The Hook, a fast-casual seafood chain known for authentic Cajun cooking, is expanding to Lafayette with a new location at 101 Liberty Ave. The restaurant will serve Gulf-sourced seafood in a lively, family-friendly environment.
